Our know-how
We are by your side at every stage of your company's life.
We assist you at all stages of individual working relations, from hiring to termination, with specific attention to the execution terms of the relationship on a daily basis.
In a context where obligations imposed upon the employer are multiplied, we help you define and adapt the HR policy to the company's size and the challenges it faces.
Working time, collective negotiations, relations with staff representatives...
We are by your side to manage all these high stake matters, and assist you to contribute to creating and maintaining a good social climate.
We assist you before all jurisdictions (Labour courts, Judicial courts, Courts of appeal) in the framework of any disputes that may arise, whether individual or collective.
Specific attention is given to the pre-litigation stage. By anticipating issues and accurately assessing the financial and social risk, we work with you to efficiently manage all your disputes.
Because health and safety at work have become a strategic issue for companies, we offer you full assistance: from advice on risk prevention (help and assistance in your exchanges with the occupational health services and the public health insurance fund - CPAM), to litigation in the framework of which we defend your interests with respect to acknowledgment of occupational illnesses or accidents at work.
We also assist you in drafting mandatory documentation and implementing consistent schemes for powers of attorney.
Because all companies are meant to evolve, and may be faced with chosen or imposed changes, it is essential that you identify risks, leverage practices and guarantee HR compliance.
Whether in the framework of a reorganization, external growth operations or internal actions, we provide comprehensive HR due diligence.
We assist you in the framework of your sensitive operations: mergers, externalizations, site closures, employee transfers, employment safeguarding plans.
We ensure legal compliance for each stage.
We assist you in the management of employee mobility to and from France (expatriation, secondment, hire of foreign workers) and contribute our skills and availability for the administrative steps related to these work experiences (payroll, visas, residence permit).
We also work with an extensive network of lawyers, both nationally and internationally, to whom we may call upon - with your agreement - for their specific expertise in another field of law or as part of the strategy we will have defined together beforehand.
